Career Fair Management
EPSD Education Foundation’s Career Exploration Fair is hosted and coordinated by the EPSD Education Foundation along with Emmaus High School Guidance Department. The Career Exploration Fair committee reserves the right to make rules and regulations as necessary to ensure the success of the event.
Registration fee of $50 must be paid in full on or before October 3, 2019. Registration closes on October 1, 2019. There is a limit of 2 representatives per table with event registration fee. A fee of $25 will be charged for approved additional representatives. Event Sponsorship Opportunities must be paid in full on or before September 1, 2019.
Installation and Removal of Exhibits
Set up begins at 3:30 PM on the day of the event and shall be completed by 5:45 PM.
All exhibits must remain in place until after the official closing of the event at 8:00 PM.
Use of Space
Exhibitor will be provided one 6' table and two chairs in approximately 10' (width) of floor space. Exhibitor should note on the registration form the type of display (i.e. table-top, floor display, etc) All aisles must be kept clear of exhibit material.
Nails, tacks, screws, or tape may not be used on the building walls. All Exhibitors are asked to work behind their table. Exhibits must be presented on top or behind the tables only.
Access to electricity is limited and must be requested at time of registration. You will be notified if that request cannot be fulfilled. Each exhibitor shall bring their own extension cords, power strips, and equipment.
Exhibitors are prohibited from collecting student contact information. Exhibitors may collect parent contact information.
Liability and Insurance
The EPSD Education Foundation and East Penn School District shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of or to the property of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor waives any claim against the EPSD Education Foundation, and the East Penn School District and its employees for liability, loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s property.
